.2.04.13 ANNCIAL RECLAMATION REPORT <br />(I) By ~ebniarv I5, or other such date as asreed on, each permittee shall file an annual reclamation <br />report covering the previous calendar near for all areas under bond. The report shall include, but not be limited to <br />test, discussion and maps which address: <br />(a) The name and address of [he permittee and permit number; <br />(b) Location and number of acres disturbed during that year; <br />( c) Location and number of acres backfilled and Graded durin¢ that year; <br />(d) Location and number acres topsoiled during, that vear; <br />(e) The species, location and number of acres of vegetation planted during that vear, including <br />mrv au~:men[ed seeding or cultural practices; and <br />(f) Location, number of acres and date of planting for all previously revegetated areas. <br />(2) The permittee may provide additional monitoring information as required by the approved permit. <br />RESPONSE <br />TCC will submit the required Annual reclamation Report to the Division by March IS of each year in <br />accordance with Rule 2.04.13. <br />.~ <br />MR 97-154 2.04-SZ Revised 10/0?/97 <br />
