It stated that within Routt County, there is no prime farmland, unique <br />farmland, high potentia] farmland, or lands that could become prime farmland even if they were to be irrigated. <br />The local office of the Soil Conservation Service confirmed these Service Letter. Based upon these findings, TCC <br />requests a negative determination for prime farmland. findings in a letter dated September 24, 1984. A copy of this <br />'letiar may be found in Exhibit 24, Soil Conservation Service Letter.
