<br />will generally follow the order in which the premises are inspected. Please refer to the Video <br />Log and Photo Log sections of this report for the exact inspection sequence. A Sony digital <br />video camera will used to document any pre-existing damage at each structure inspected. ' <br />The inspection report will include the following for each property inspected: A DVD of the <br />inspection, a video log describing the contents of each DVD, a description of the location and ' <br />type of damage located on each DVD. <br />MMC will conduct water sampling according to guidelines and recommendations by ACZ ' <br />Laboratories chain of custody instructions listed in Appendix II. <br />MMC will conduct vibration monitoring in accordance with International Society of Explosives <br />Engineers Field Practice Guidelines for Blasting Seismographs (Appendix V). GPS coordinates <br />will be taken at each occupied residence. The closest structures to the mine will be <br />recommended for the Coaldale Quarry vibration monitoring program which includes daily 1 <br />vibration monitoring and reporting. <br />In summary, the scope of work for the pre-blast surveys at each residence includes the following: <br />• Visual inspection and digital video of residence interior and exterior. <br />• Visual inspection of well, water pressure test and 2 water samples. <br />• GPS coordinates will be taken at each residence to identify the closest structures for <br />vibration monitoring. <br />Prior to conducting the inspections as Preblast survey offering letter will be sent to the mailing <br />addresses of each homeowner identified within '/z mile of the blasting limits.
