SAES appeared to be in good condition. No concern were identified at SAE locations.
Records: Records are stored at Hydro-Environmental Solutions office in Steamboat Springs. John
Weinman maintains the records and answered questions regarding records. "Availability of Records"
form is attached to this report. Records were found to be in order.
Support facilities: The loadout facilities are inactive. Appear stable and are clean of debris. The
inactive hopper area at the truck loop has been covered with plywood to minimize unauthorized access.
The operator has also fenced off access to the stacker&crusher to minimize unauthorized access.
Wildlife 5 Sandhill cranes were on the permit area along Dry creek, in the HGDAL-4 well. (photo 1)
