Redistribution. <br /> Topsoil will be redistributed using either scrapers, dozers and/or front-end loaders <br /> and end dump trucks, according to the approved reclamation plan for each <br /> disturbed area. The material will be placed along the contour under the direction of <br /> the environmental coordinator. <br /> The primary area in which soil has been redistributed is the old refuse pile.
