The idea is attractive to us in that it would allow use of the material, <br /> and the piles would diminish until consumed. The refuse conveyor belt carrying <br /> material to the Sutey site would be reversed, and material would be carried back to <br /> the central complex, the proposed site of the plant, for consumption. <br /> Mid-Continent remains interested in the possibility of such a facility, although there <br /> are no firm plans for construction at this time. <br /> b. Adit/Rock Tunnel Pad and Refuse Pile. <br /> The fill area on the south side of the road at the adit/rock tunnel portals was <br /> completed in 1987. <br /> Topsoil will be replaced on the outslopes in the summer of 1988. <br /> This area will be seeded and mulched in the fall of 1988. <br /> 16 <br />
