In response to RFP No. DE-RP22-80PC30118, Mine Subsidence Engineering <br /> Company has developed a proposed program to (1) install subsidence monitoring <br /> instrumentation over a multiple lift mining operation, (2) monitor active <br /> subsidence, (3) analyze the data and (4) produce a report which examines the <br /> chronological and geometric characteristics of the surface behavior and <br /> describes .the relationships of these characteristics with respect to mine <br /> design and rate of extraction. Having considerable experience in similar <br /> studies, the partners of Mine Subsidence Engineering Company can assure that <br /> this project will be completed in a professional and timely manner and that <br /> the information obtained from this study will be a significant contribution <br /> to the national subsidence data base. <br /> j -2- <br />
