Site is Located on a <br />Parcel of Approximately 62 Acres, in the NEA of S tion 3, UN, R90W, Moffat <br />County, Colorado; Application File # M - 2008- 022. <br />Mr. Means: <br />Please find below the applicants comments in response to your Preliminary Adequacy <br />Review (PAR) of the abovementioned permit application. I have inserted/included <br />the additional comments we discussed during your site inspection on May 6, 2008. <br />The following responses are addressed in the same order as in your letter of April 30, <br />2008. <br />Exhibits A, B, and C were adequate; no comments necessary. <br />6.4.4 Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />(c) The applicant will install all pertinent erosion and sedimentation controls <br />prior to any surface disturbances. Controls shall be the initial sediment <br />ponds and the appropriate BMP as described in the SWMP for the site. <br />Silt fencing, berms, ditches strawbales, etc...will be installed and <br />maintained in active mine and operations areas and along site access roads. <br />The applicant plans possible asphalt production operations at the site as <br />indicated in the Mine Plan. The applicant notes that page 4 of the 112 form <br />does mention "asphalt materials" (added my own check space).
