The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when <br />considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. Within the letter <br />please supply a list of species to be planted, the method that will be used to seed the area, any soil amendments <br />that will be employed, a description and the amount of any mulch that will be used, any crimping methods that <br />will be employed, and a schedule for the reclamation activities when they will begin and when the will be <br />completed. <br />
