Looking north from the southern portion of <br />the site, southern bank has sparse vegetation <br />establishment. <br />The following problems (PB) and/or possible violations (PV) (and suggested corrective actions) were identified <br />during this inspection. The problems should be corrected by the dates given, or they will become possible <br />violations. The possible violations should be corrected by the dates given to reduce their severity when <br />considered by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. The inspector noted on the previous page should be <br />notified of all corrective actions taken. <br />PROBLEMS/POSSIBLE VIOLATIONS <br />AND <br />CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />CORRECTION <br />DATE <br />1. 'T'he vegetation around the southern portion of the reservoir and around the southern entrance ggate was 07 / 1 1 ~ 2008 <br />sparse and not adequate to meet reclamation requirements. This is a problem at this time for t~ailure to <br />comply with the approved reclamation plan. As required by C.R.S. 34-32.5-116 (4) (t). <br />PB or PV: ~. <br />TOPIC(S): ~1L <br />Please submit a letter by July 11 `~, 200R committing to plant vegetation in the southern portion of the pit and in <br />the area around the southern entrance gate in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. Within the letter <br />please supply a list of species to be planted, the method that will be used to seed the area, any soil amendments <br />that will be employed, a description and the amount of any mulch that will be used, any crimping methods that <br />will be employed, and a schedule for the reclamation activities when they will begin and when the will be <br />completed. <br />
