Cattany <br />Division Oirettor <br />'vaturat Rescwrt~ Trustee <br />This application package is for a construcrion materials operation which affects 10 acres or more. <br />if you plan to conduct a construction materials extraction operation which meets these criteria, please follow the instructions <br />provided in this package, in the Rules and Regulations, and in the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of <br />Construction Materials, as required. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS PRIOR TO FiLIYG: <br />The Construction Material Rules and Regulations (the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials, Section 34-32.5-101, ~ sc~c ., C.R.S., and 2 CCR 4Q7-I) and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the <br />"BoardK) regulate the permitting, operarianal and reclamation requirements far all construction material extraction operations in <br />Colorado. It is your obligation to carnpiy with the Act and Regulations. You are encouraged to obtain and review a copy of the <br />Rules, available for 58.00 from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety {the "Office"}.
