if you plan to conduct a construction materials extraction operation which meets these criteria, please follow the instructions
provided in this package, in the Rules and Regulations, and in the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of
Construction Materials, as required.
RECOMMENDATIONS PRIOR TO FiLIYG:
The Construction Material Rules and Regulations (the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction
Materials, Section 34-32.5-101, ~ sc~c ., C.R.S., and 2 CCR 4Q7-I) and the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the
"BoardK) regulate the permitting, operarianal and reclamation requirements far all construction material extraction operations in
Colorado. It is your obligation to carnpiy with the Act and Regulations. You are encouraged to obtain and review a copy of the
Rules, available for 58.00 from the Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety {the "Office"}. In order to submit your
. application properly, it is recommended that you review the Act and:
