The size of the area to be worked will vary from 16 acres to 63 acres. Mining will be done in <br />phases. Mining will begin in the East Pit, called Stage 1, Phase 1 at the south end of the East Pit <br />(east permit area) and will move in a general direction to the northwest corner of the East Pit. <br />All mining will be carried out in the planned phases as delineated on the Mining Plan Map. <br />After each phase is completely excavated, the operator will move into the next phase as shown <br />on the mining plan map (please see the enclosed map, Exhibit "C"). This procedure will be <br />followed throughout the operation. In addition, Southwest Farms, Inc. may require the area. <br />shown as the "Sand and Gravel Processing Area" on the mining plan map, Exhibit "C", to also <br />include a production plant for concrete and asphalt. <br />(iii) Outline the sequence in which each stage or phase of the operation will be <br />carried out: <br />Please see item (e)(ii) above. <br />
