111. COMMENTS -COMPLIANCE <br />Below are comments on the inspection. The comments include discussion of observations made <br />during the inspection. Comments also describe any enforcement actions taken during the inspection <br />and the facts or evidence supporting the enforcement action. <br />This was a complete inspection conducted by Kent Gofiam of the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (Division). This mine is in permanent cessation and <br />reclamation of most areas is complete. Ground conditions were dry and the weather was <br />hot. <br />Availability of Records <br />The public Dopy of the mine records is kept at the Energy Fuels Coal Company office in <br />Florence. Specific details regarding the records inspection can be found on page 2a of this <br />report. All records were found in cornpliance_ <br />Hydrologic Balance <br />Pond 5 was held a significant amount of water due to recurrent rain storms since the last <br />inspection.
