An accounting of both the land acreage and the bond dollars to this Industrial land use bond <br />release follows below. Phis bond release is a Phase [,II, and III bond release for all 27.2 acres <br />included in the request. <br />Acreage Accounting <br />This bond release application (SL-02) includes the loadout and pond 10 (4.5 acres), the service <br />area (.4 acres), the ot~tice area (.5 acres), and the haul and access roads from Highway 12 to the <br />disturbed area (21.8 acres) for a total of 27.2 acres. "I'he following section outlines the history of the <br />previous bond release applications processed and approved by the Division. The blue- <br />highlighted text was taken from the written findings published by the Division as part of the <br />approval process for SL-Ol. <br />Suret~• Release No. 1 (SL-OI ) <br />"This section describes the process and calculations for the determination of the amount of bond <br />to be released and conversely, results in the determination of the required amount of bond to be <br />held by the Division as a result of this bond release (SL-02). <br />The reclamation cost estimate and required bond amount following approval of Technical <br />Revision #13 (TR-13) is $2,476,076.00. The amount of bond assigned for backfilling and <br />grading tasks for the 122.1 acres included in this Phase I bond release is $1,299,828.00. <br />Including costs associated with liability insurance, contractor's performance bond, job <br />superintendent costs, and ten percent profit brings this amount to $1,06,387.00. Adding <br />required engineering and administration costs, the amount associated with backfilling and <br />grading of the 122.1 acres is $1,660,792.00. I-Iowever, this amount is 67% of the post-"fR-13 <br />amount of $2,476,076.00 for the entire site. Rule 3.03.1(2)(a) limits the maximum bond amount <br />
