The Division also requested that the operator hydroseed
or broadcast seed the outslopes of the lower portion of that road as this task (#70) was included
in the reclamation plan and the c post estimate. Although the slope is vegetated to the extent
necessary to control erosion as required by Rule 3.02.3(2)(c) and 4.15.10(2), seeding with the
permanent seed mix will help ensure success over the long term in the establishment of the native
species. ~I
The culvert was again inspected
build-up and in functional condil
of the Jeff Canyon haul road had
plan. Lands subject to this industrial release are almost
entirely vehicle staging areas, parking areas, and roadways. Perimeter areas, road cut slopes, and
road fill slopes are adequately mulched, seeded, and vegetated to control erosion on those areas.
The areas have been, and are currently being used for industrial purposes in the form of coal bed
methane extraction and related activities.
3
