5. Rule 6.3.5 Exhibit E -Man
a. T'he topographic contour interval often (10) feet on Map Exhibit E-2 is not consistent with
the five (5) foot contour interval indicated on the map legend. Please correct this
discrepancy.
b. Please label the names of owners of record of the surface or the affected area and of the land
owners within two hundred (200) feet of the affected area for Exhibit E-1 and E-2.
c. Please submit a revised Exhibit E-1 Map consistent with the proposed 2:1 final reclaimation
grade.
Please be advised that the Red Dirt Pit application may be deemed inadequate, and the application may be
denied on July 1, 2008 unless the above mentioned adequacy review items are addressed to the
satisfaction of the Division. If you feel more time is needed to complete your reply, the Division can grant
an extension to the decision date. This will be done upon receipt of a written waiver of your right to a
decision by July 1, 2008 and request for additional time. This must be received no later than the deadline
date.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me at 303-866-2555.
Sincerely,
/~
.~'~ J
Peter Hays
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Carl Mount; DRMS
~.
