The general recl~ <br />a. The pile configur: <br />changes are required for reclamation. <br />b. Reclamation shall include the removal of temporary <br />diversion channels and sediment ponds. <br />c. Following the first 6.5 year phase of building <br />the pile, contemporaneous reclamation will commence. <br />d. Seeding and planting of the permanent slopes shall <br />be conducted during the first normal period for favorable planting <br />conditions, which is normally in late fall (October and November). <br />g. Suitable mulch and/or other soil stabilizing <br />practices shall be used promptly on all regraded and topsoiled <br />areas to reduce erosion and promote germination of seeds. <br />h. A vegetation reference area has been established <br />near the refuse disposal area. <br />7.
