At this location it would be below the <br />tunnel refuse, yet still within the parameter ditch and <br />sediment pond control system. <br />• A recent soils testing program STIP No. 18 was completed <br />on 7/15/82 and will be submitted within 30 days. It will verify <br />the amount of topsoil that will be placed in the lower storage <br />area. <br />The trash will be roughly compacted in 4-foot lifts and <br />at the end of mining, four feet of noncombustible material will <br />be placed on top; then, as per the tunnel. reclamation plan. <br />Upon approval of this T.
