NOTICE
The C°kxado Mrned Land Reclamation
Division has issued a proposed decision ap-
proving atechnical revision under the pro•
visions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining
Reclamation Act of 1979. The revision was
submitted by Mid-Continent Rewurces, Inc.,
P.O. Box 158, Carbondale, Colorado $1623,
(or their mine facility located in Pitkin County
approximately 4 miles west oI Redstone,
Colorado. The technical revision covers land
in Section I5, TIOS, R89W of the 6t11 P.IN,
Redstone Quadrangle.
The Technical revision is for approval to
construct a trash pile near the Rock Tunnel
rest waste disposal area. The new trash
the prepafdtions plant is nearin tr~ah pile near
