All <br />unused materials must be returned to the Division. <br />4. All fence building materials shall remain the property of the Division and remain <br />where stored or installed. In the event such material is not properly used and/or <br />maintained, or if there is a change in land use, the Division reserves the right to <br />remove said material from the property.
