The site is a 62 acre area more specifically described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point located at the SE corner of the NE/4 of Section 3 <br />(at a point approximately 2350 feet north along the fence line from Hwy 394); <br />Go along the Section 3 East line, N 00 36' 20" E, 2560.680 feet to the NE corner <br />of Section 3. Thence, following along the East line of the SE/4 of the SE/4 of <br />Section 34, N 00 19' 00" E, 317.0 feet more or less, to the centerline of the <br />Yampa River; Thence along the centerline of the Yampa River in a Southwesterly <br />direction approximately 1965 feet to the West line of the E/2 NE/4 of said Section <br />3; Thence along said West line S 00 30' 35" W, 1735 feet more or less to the SW <br />Corner of said E/2 of the NE/4 of said Section 3; Thence along the South line of <br />said E/2 NEA N 88 59' 49"E., 1326.42 feet to the point-of- beginning; a tract of <br />approximately +/- 62 acres. <br />Elevations in and around the proposed area of operations range from 6200 to 6220 feet <br />with an average elevation of 6210 feet AMSL. <br />Also find attached to this exhibit, copies of the following: <br />• U.S.G.S.
