I have made the corrections to
the pages and maps as you note and am supplying them for your
file.
1. Attached is a copy of the Proof of Publication and Proof
of Adjoining owner notification.
2(a) We contacted Mark Volt the district Conservationist for
the Middle Park office and he said that no soils data was
available since the site is within the Routt National
Forest.
2(b). This statement should have read 90o trees, loo Grass,
Forbes & Brush. Correction made on page 4
3(a) We estimate that the topsoil piles will be 20 feet wide,
by 3 feet tall and vary in length from 100 to 120 feet
long and will contain approximately 350 cyds.
3(b) Internal roads will be 12 feet wide. The west driveways
will be 15 to 20 feet wide and the east driveway will be
20 feet wide as shown on the maps. The mining plan drive-
way comment should have been plural meaning 2 driveways.
3(c) The dust control agreement in the USFS contract does not
apply to the mine operations. We estimate 5000 gallons
per day of water will be needed for dust control on the
roads and at the mine due to the limited operating season.
Grand County purchases water Pass Creek Ranch when working
in this area.
