Lot #: D2L050313
SPLP GC/MS Semi-Volatile Organic Analvsis, Method SW-846 8270C/1312
No anomalies were observed.
GC Semi-Volatile Diesel Range Organic Analvsis Method SW-846 8015B
No anomalies were observed.
SPLP iV[etals Analvsis, Method SW-846 6010B/1312
Boron, magnesium, cobalt and silicon were detected in the Method Blank at concentrations below the
reporting limits but above the method detection limits. The Method Blank is still considered under
control. Associated positive sample results are qualified with a "J" on the analytical report.
Calcium was detected in the Method Blank at a concentration above the reporting limit. Since the
concentration of calcium in the associated samples was greater than 10 times the concentration in the
blank the data was accepted.
The MS and MSD performed on sample SAMPLE 2 demonstrated recoveries and /or 1ZPDs outside
the established control limits for cadmium, chromium, manganese, selenium and strontium (prep
batch 2347390). Since the LSC and method blank were in control, no corrective action was taken and
the anomalies were attributed to matrix interference.
SPLP Mercury Analvsis, Method SW-846 7470A
Mercury was detected in the Method Blank at a concentration below the reporting limit but above the
method detection limit. The Method Blank is still considered under control. All associated positive
sample results are qualified with a "J" on the analytical report.
The recoveries and calculated RPD's for the MS and MSD performed on sample SAMPLE 1 were
within established control limits.
General Che~nistry -Various Methods (analyzed on the SPLP leachate of each sample)
Specific conductance and TOC were detected in the Method Blanks at concentrations below the
reporting limits but above the method detection limits. Associated positive sample results are
qualified with a "J" on the analytical report.
The MS and/or MSD performed on sample SAMPLE 1 SPLP LEACHATE demonstrated recoveries
and /or 1ZPDs outside the established control limits for chloride and nitrate. Since the LSC and
method blank were in control, no corrective action was taken and the anomalies were attributed to
matrix interference.
SPLP Gross Alpha/Beta Radiochemistry Analvsis, 1Vlethod 900.0
No anomalies were observed.
3
