+ Pressure recording devices shall be installed on the well injection <br />flow line or, for multiple wells that are to be temporarily <br />suspended, at a point on the injection manifold flow line that is <br />representative of the common operation of the suspended wells. <br />All meters shall be recorded twice monthly in accordance with 40 <br />CFR 146.33. <br />b. <br />c. <br />+ Monitoring of water quality and water level: The permittee will <br />carry out the applicable monitoring requirements identified in the <br />Surface Water Monitoring Plan (Appendix I). The permittee shall <br />utilize the applicable analytical methods described in Table 1 of <br />0.40 CFR 136.3, or in Appendix III of 40 CFR 261, and the <br />QA/QC methods approved in the Appendix I Water Monitoring <br />Plan. <br />Monitoring Information. Records of any monitoring activity required <br />under this Permit shall include: <br />+ the dates, exact place, and the time interval of sampling, <br />monitoring, or field measurements; <br />+ the name of the individual(s) who performed the sampling or <br />measurements; <br />+ the exact sampling method(s) used to take samples; The date(s) <br />laboratory analyses were performed; <br />+ the name of the individual(s) who performed the analyses; <br />+ the analytical techniques or methods used by laboratory personnel; <br />and <br />+ the results of such analyses. <br />Record Keeping. <br />The Permittee shall retain records concerning: <br />+ All monitoring information and copies of all reports required by <br />this Temporary Suspension Plan for a period of at least, five (5) <br />years from the date of the sample, measurement, or report. <br />FINAL: Modification No. 9, UIC Area Permit No. CO30858-00000 <br />Page 17 of 46 <br />
