This report covers the time period between April 1, 2007 and <br />March 31, 2008. <br />Reportable Conditions: <br />Amendment No. 8 site preparation and development activities continued in the Main <br />Cresson, East Cresson (ECME and Wildhorse areas), and South Cresson Mine areas. <br />A Technical Revision (TR) was submitted to and approved by the Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) for installing a liner flap and barrier for keeping <br />future solution from flowing over the uncertified liner area associated with the existing <br />load out bin (LOB) location. The TR-48 request allowed CC&V to stack and leach ores <br />in Phase IV pad locations upgradient from the uncertified liner while ensuring that no <br />solution flows over the uncertified liner when reporting to the Phase IV PSSA. In <br />addition, CC&V requested DBMS concurrence of final decommissioning in order to <br />proceed with dewatering and reclaiming the Victor pads and associated ponds. <br />TR 49 requested the construction of a 9,324 square foot, one story Ironclad <br />Dry/Engineering Office Building at the existing Ironclad Facilities Area. <br />
