The shaded areas denoted TCC indicate areas of overlap and
liability transfer involving the surface operations and the
underground mine. CYCC retains liability for those parcels already
reclaimed within those areas, with TCC being liable for any
subsequent disturbances and reclamation activities.
As agreed previously, CYCC has re-drafted Map 4 of 4 to reflect the
approved post-mining topography and recent shifts in reclamation
liability relating to the TCC Permanent wasterock disposal area.
Also, the areas reseeded in 1993 have been denoted on this map, as
have the permanent roads in Eckman Park.
