. Hydrologic Monitoring Plan <br />Northfield Mine <br />each well. <br />2. In the event data collected from Item II(E)2 of this plan is <br />triggered, potentially impacted wells will be monitored <br />month to month until three sequential monitoring events <br />indicate no water level decline other than seasonal. <br />3. In the event data collected from Item II(E)2 of this plan is <br />triggered, potentially impacted wells will be monitored <br />month to month. If conditions exist as described in II(E)2 <br />exist at the private well, the Well Mitigation Plan (VIII) <br />will be implemented. <br />C. Field Monitories and Samplinq Procedure <br />1. Sampling and measuring devices will be cleaned prior to <br />and after use. <br />2. Static water level measurement, pump test or transducer <br />reading will be used to determine well production/water <br />levels. <br />D. Data Processing and Reporting <br />• 1. Data will be summarized in the Annual Hydrology Report <br />submitted to the Division, as described below. <br />2. Permit holders will be notified by certified mail of well <br />data collected from a permit holder's well. <br />VII. Well Impact Notification and Mitigation Plan <br />A. Notification of Impact <br />1. If at any time, a decline of more than five (5) feet as <br />compared to the previous month is measured or more <br />than eight (8) feet total over three consecutive <br />monitoring events, and mining is on-going in areas <br />adjacent to any of the SBWMW and Chandler Creek <br />alluvium well, then notification via certified mail will be <br />provided to current residents of Chandler Heights in Lots <br />1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 16 and 17 (Owners as of 10/29/2007: Zak, <br />Thompson, Borre, Seifert, Gilliam, Popkess-Vawter and <br />Minogue, respectively) and well owners down gradient <br />from CCA-01. <br />2. Current monitoring data comprised of latest monthly or <br />quarterly data will be available for public review at the <br />Fremont County Clerk and Recorder's Office on Macon <br />Avenge, Canon City, Colorado and at the mine office. <br />7 <br />Revised l1/5/2007 <br />
