This permit shall expire if the owner. or operator of the source for which `4his permit was <br />issued: (i) does net com+ne~ice construction/modification or operation of this source <br />within 18 months after eith~:r the dale of issuancE of this initial approval permit or the <br />date on which such constru~;tion or activity was scheduled to ~conamence as set forth in tht <br />permit application associated with this permit; (ii) discontinues construction for a period. <br />of eighteen months or wore; or {iii) does not complete construction within a reasonable <br />time of the estimated completion date (See General Condition No. 6., Item 1.). Upon a <br />showing of good cause by the pezxnittee, the Division may grant exxtvnsions of the perotlit. <br />(Reference: Regulation No. 3, Yart B, Section IIl.F.4.) . . <br />S. This source shall be Jimited to the coal mine development and productio;t as listed below <br />and all other actiti-it%cs, operational. rates and numbers of equipment as stated in',.he <br />application. Annual records of the actual production rate shall be maintained by the <br />applicant and made available to the Division for inspection upon request. (Reference: <br />Regulation'.Vo. 3, Part B, Section II.A.4.} <br />Excavation {including topsoil .removal) connected with the coalmine deve~loprraent surface <br />facilities shall not exceed 20,000 tons (approximately 12,000 cubic yards}. This is a one- <br />time activity. <br />Handling of coal shall not ex;,eed 260,000 tons per year.. <br />Coal stockpile shall n.ot exca.d a total (ra~v coal and processed coal) of 55,000 <br />toes at any time. <br />b.
