2. The particulate emission conlxoI measures listed on the attached page (as approved by> the
Division) shall be applied to tt-c particulate emission producing sowrces as required bS'

3. Within one .hundred and eight~• days (I 84) after eo.rameztcetnent of operation, compliance
w~.th the conditions contained c>n this pcrtnit shall be demonstrated to the >~ivision. It is
the permittee's responsibility to self. certif}' compliance tivith the conditions. Failure to
dzrnottstrate eompl.iance within 180 days may result in revocation of tkte permit.
