(c) A Signed Affidavit Certifying that the Material is Clean and Inert. <br />An affidavit signed by an~officer of Hard Rock Paving & Redi-Mix, Inc. is attached. <br />(d) The Approximate Dates the Proposed Activity Will Commence and End. <br />The import of material will commence once the Gunnison County permitting process <br />is complete. This is anticipated to occur in Spring 2008. <br />(e) An Explanation of How the Bacldilled Site Will Result in aPost-Mining <br />Configuration that is Compatible with the Approved Post-Mining Land Use. <br />The approved post-mining land use is limited rangeland. The import of materials for <br />production of asphalt will not change or affect the approved post-mining land use. <br />(1) A General Engineering Plan Stating How the Material Will be Placed and <br />Stabilized in a Manner to Avoid Unacceptable Settling and Voids. <br />Engineering considerations related to the current reclamation plan are discussed in <br />the approved 110 permit. These considerations continue to be applicable since this <br />plan does not modify the existing reclamation plan. <br />Following Rule 3.1.5 (9), if we do not hear from the DRMS within 30 days, it will be <br />assumed that this letter is sufficient to incorporate the proposed import and related <br />activities into the M-85-023 permit. However, written confirmation of the good standing of <br />M-85-023 would be greatly appreciated. <br />If further action or additional information is necessary, please contact us at your earliest <br />convenience.
