. • <br />Lessee shall be afforded reasonable access to and use of the Leased Premises for the <br />performance of its obligations under this paragraph. <br />7. INDEMNIFICATION AND PERFORMANCE BY LESSEE: The agreements of <br />Lessee as set forth in this Option Agreement shall survive the option period and any <br />extension thereof and any expiration or termination thereof for any reason. During the <br />period of this Option and any extension thereof and during any reclamation and related <br />work period as provided in paragraph 6, above, Lessee will reimburse and indemnify <br />Lessor all as set forth in paragraph 4, above, and carry the same minimum public <br />liability insurance set out in paragraph 7 of the Lease and on the same terms as set out <br />in paragraph 7 of the Lease. <br />8. REMOVAL OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER PROPERTY: In the event the <br />option granted herein be not exercised by Lessee, Lessee shall have the right to <br />remove any structures and personal property placed on the Leased Premises during the <br />term of said option, within thirty (30) days following the termination of said option, <br />further, Lessee shall, within thirty (30) days following Lessor's request, remove any <br />structures and personal property placed on the Leased Premises during the term of the <br />Option Agreement which the Lessor requests it to remove and Lessee shall leave the <br />Leased Premises in a neat and orderly condition. <br />g, LIMITATION ON LIABILITIES OF LESSOR: Lessor shall not be <br />responsible for any losses, liabilities or damages which Lessee may suffer in connection <br />with its activities or operation on the Leased Premises unless such losses, liabilities or <br />damages (i) shall have occurred by reason of some grossly negligent or intentionally <br />wrongful act on the part of Lessor, or (ii) shall be the result of an act of the Lessor <br />4 : ; ", <br />`'~ <br />
