The current excavation at Site B will be extended north and east approximately 1,600
square feet.
If possible we will set up a grizzly and small screening plant where the old site was
located (indicated on attached map.)
Anticipated 2008 Disturbances:
Less than an additiona10.06 acres will be disturbed at Site G and less than an additional
0.06 acres will be disturbed at Site B.
Areas that are experiencing the most unauthorized hand digging will be made safe, buried
and temporarily reseeded.
Proposed 2008 Reclamation:
Unauthorized dig sites will continue to be temporarily reseeded. The extreme edge of Site
B may be completed, if so, it will be reclaimed.
Sufficiency of Bond:
A reclamation band of $ 8,477 is held. by the State of Colorado. This bond is set aside to
cover annual reclamation efforts for this mining permit.
Respectfully submitted,
JOSE H L.
