Stipulation No. 62 <br />MCC SHALL PROVIDE DOCUMENTATION WHICH VERIFIES THAT THE U.S. FOREST SERVICE <br />DOES NOT MANAGE ANY LANDS WITHIN THE PROPOSED DISTURBED AREA ASSOCIATED WITH <br />PERMIT REVISION NO. 7. <br />STATUS: COMPLIED WITH 5/12/1997. <br />Stipulation No. 63 <br />DISTURBANCE ASSOCIATED WITH TECHNICAL REVISION NO. 79, PROPOSED TO OCCUR WITHIN <br />100 FEET OF THE HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY, SHALL NOT OCCUR UNTIL THE DIVISION HAS <br />RECEIVED DOCUMENTATION FROM THE COLORADO DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR <br />APPROVAL OF THE DISTURBANCE. <br />STATUS: COMPLIED WITH 5/29/1997. <br />Stipulation No. 64 <br />THE DIVISION APPROVES MINOR REVISION NO. 221 AS A TEMPORARY MEASURE TO ENSURE <br />THAT THE SYLVESTER GULCH CHANNEL REMAINS OPEN TO CONVEY FLOW. THE REVISION <br />SHOULD ADDRESS THE CHANNEL CONFIGURATION DURING BOTH THE OPERATIONAL AND <br />RECLAIMED PHASES. <br />STATUS: COMPLIED WITH 12/5/1997. <br />Stipulation No. 65 <br />THE DIVISION SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT APPROVE ADDITIONAL DISTURBANCE TO THE <br />SYLVESTER GULCH STREAM CHANNEL AS A RESULT OF THE TEMPORARY PIPE <br />INSTALLATION.
