General construction and dimensional <br />information for the shop building is provided on Table 2.05.3-2. <br />Upon completion of mining and related activities, the shop facilities will <br />be demolished or will remain if approved to support the postmining <br />land use. If demolished, the steel components and service equipment <br />will be salvaged and all concrete will be demolished and placed in <br />designated disposal areas located within the facilities area and covered <br />by backfill materials. <br />Warehouse Buildin <br />A proposed warehouse building will house supplies and spare parts for <br />both surfacE~ and underground operations. Dependent upon the nature <br />and frequency of use and their size, spare parts and supplies may <br />either be stored in the actual warehouse area, or in an open storage <br />area on the surface which is adjacent to the warehouse building. <br />Inventory aind material control practices will insure that all materials <br />and especially those which pose potential environmental or safety <br />hazards are stored and handled according to manufacturer <br />-- -r-ecommendat-ions-and-in-compliance-with-all -applicable regulations. <br />Such materials include petroleum fuels and lubricants, and waste oil, <br />which will be stored separately in above-ground storage tanks and <br />• contained storage areas. <br />The buildings will be have a steel framework and a metal exterior and <br />roof similar to the shop building. Construction plans include attaching <br />the structure to the shop building with a common wall, and providing <br />the approximately the same interior space as the shop. Similar to the <br />shop, the warehouse will have a floor consisting of reenforced concrete <br />under the entire building footprint. General construction and <br />dimensional information for the warehouse building is provided on <br />Table 2.05.3-2. <br />Upon completion of mining and related activities, the warehouse <br />facility will tie demolished or will remain if approved to support the <br />postmining 'land use.
