Mine Office Buildin <br />Mine offices for the mine administration will be contained within a <br />prefabricated structure located near the entrance to the mine facilities <br />area. Officers will be provided in the building for the mine production <br />and maintenance management, safety, payroll, and purchasing staff. <br />Areas will also be available for meetings, training, and lunch facilities. <br />Sanitary waste from the building will be directed to the facility septic <br />system. General construction and dimensional information for the <br />office building is provided on Table 2.05.3-2. <br />Parking areas will be established adjacent to the office building to <br />accommodate employee and visitor vehicles. Access to the parking <br />areas will originate from the mine haul road. <br />Upon completion of mining operations, during reclamation activities, <br />the office building will be demolished or salvaged and removed from <br />the site during reclamation. The concrete support footers will be <br />excavated and placed in a designated disposal area on site. If <br />requested b~y the landowners, this building may remain, if approved, to <br />-suppor-t the-~postmining-land-use.--__ _ _-_~ _._ _ <br />Bathhouse E4uildin <br />• The bathhouse will be located in close proximity to the mine portal and <br />shop facility for the convenience and safety of mine personnel. Areas <br />within the structure will be provided for the changing and showering of <br />all workers, with enough showers as required for the projected number <br />of miners on each shift. The building will be a compact, prefabricated <br />steel structure. Wastewater from this structure and adjacent structures <br />will be directed to a septic tanks and leach field system. General <br />construction and dimensional information for the bathhouse building is <br />provided on Table 2.05.3-2. <br />Upon completion of mining and related activities, the bathhouse facility <br />will be demolished, removed, or will remain if approved to support the <br />postmining band use. The concrete foundation debris will be disposed of <br />in a designated location within the reclaimed facility area. <br />Shop Building <br />The proposed shop building will be a fully equipped maintenance and <br />servicing facility located where it is readily accessible to the warehouse <br />and portal areas. An extended interior height will be provided to <br />accommodate maintenance work, allowing access of high-profile <br />surface equipment and the framework for an overhead crane.
