3.3.8 Turbidity
Turbidity -evels have not shown an identifiable trend in concentrations over the sampling period. The results are
reported in Appendix A.
•
•
3.3.9 Total Extractable Hydrocarbons (TEH)
TEH was not detected in any samples from October 2005 through October 2006.
3.4 Chlorinated Herbicides _
There were no chlorinated herbicides detected in any samples from October 2005 through October 2006.
3.5 Aromatic Volatile Organics
There were no aromatic volatile organics detected in any samples from October 2005 through October 2006, except a
detection of Benzene in CRMW 06. CRMW06 is located within 150 feet of a petroleum remediation site with petroleum
products apparently originating from a petroleum well and tank area. The remediation is being performed by Noble
Energy with Colorado Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (COGCC) oversight.
3.6 Organochlorine Compounds
There were no Organochlorine compounds detected in any samples from October 2005 through October 2006.
4.0 PROPOSED BASELINE CONCENTRATION LEVELS
The following table lists each parameter and the site-wide background/baseline level based on the site wide average of
the results and standard deviation. Some individual wells highlighted in red in the above tables have higher background
levels than the site wide level and are considered the background level for that individual well. The background level of
each parameter is selected based on the maximum of the two.
Site Wide Parameter Baseline Levels
Parameter Site Wide
Avera e Level
Arsenic 0.03
Fecal Coliform 1
Fluoride 1.4
Mercu 0.0002
Nitrate 29.9
Chloride 158
Iron 0.77
H NA
Sulfate 237
TDS 1075
Bicarbonate 384
Calcium 139
Carbonate 0
Ma nesium 44
Sodium 150
TSS 8015
Phos hate 3.7
TEH 0
Annual 2006 Sampling Event -Lupton Lakes -11- January 2007
