Y "Vol <br /> t <br /> Finally, the vegetation which currently exists within the lower wetland pond will be <br /> transplanted into the two lower constructed basins. All disturbed areas associated with <br /> the construction of the wetland treatment system will require topsoiling and revegetation <br /> as described in Tasks 2 and 6. <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> There will be no measurement for payment for this task. Payment for this task will be <br /> reflected in a lump sum bid under Item 4 on the Bid Schedule. This lump sum bid will <br /> cover payment of all costs of whatever nature to provide complete construction of the <br /> wetland system in accordance with the specifications. Payment shall be as this task is <br /> completed and approved by the PROJECT MANAGER. Payment for this task shall be <br /> made only for that amount shown under Item 4 of the Bid Schedule. Any or all <br /> incidental costs incurred by the CONTRACTOR shall be reflected in each Bid Item or <br /> shall be paid at the CONTRACTOR's expense. <br /> Task 5 EQUIPMENT RENTAL <br /> ADDITIONAL DOZER WORK <br /> Additional areas may require further slope reduction or erosion control measures such as <br /> furrowing or basin construction. Dozer basins will be constructed throughout the <br /> regraded areas to retain moisture for shrub establishment. Basin dimensions will <br /> approximate 2X dozer blade width with a 48" depth. The PROJECT MANAGER will <br /> provide reference stakes to delineate basin locations. All work will be accomplished <br /> according to 19.0 Equipment Rental of the "Standard Work Specifications". <br /> Any additional dozer work which may arise will also be covered under this task. <br /> Measurement and Payment <br /> Payment for this task will be reflected under Item 4 of the Bid Schedule as an hourly <br /> rate for a CAT D-711 or equivalent 215 FBP machine with operator. Bid hourly rate <br /> shall reflect the CONTRACTORS estimate for equipment and personnel costs per hour <br /> to complete the task. Measurement will be actual hours required to complete work <br /> outlined above and/or as directed and approved by the PROJECT MANAGER. All of <br /> the hours outlined under Item 4 are NOT guaranteed. <br /> 8 <br />
