You should have received copies of the preliminary draft EIS, from URS in the <br />format(s) that you requested, or in both cd and printed form. Please advise Glenn Wallace (303 239- <br />3736) if you have not received the document, or if you need additional copies to complete your review. <br />As outlined in Section V of the Memorandum of Understanding that you have signed with BLM, for <br />the development and review of the Red Cliff EIS, all information related to the CAM EIS is proprietary <br />and not to be released or discussed with parties outside of BLM. Also, please refer any questions ' <br />related to the project or review of the EIS directly to Glenn and he will obtain the appropriate <br />information from CAM or URS. <br />We are requesting that you complete your review and return your comments to us by March 21, 2008. <br />Please send your comments to me at the above address, with a courtesy copy to Glenn Wallace at: <br />BLM, Colorado State Office, 2850 Youngfield Street, Lakewood, CO 80215, by the above date. Or, <br />the copy to Glenn, if not voluminous, may be faxed to: (303) 239-3808. <br />The EIS is intended to address your agency's concerns and provide the environmental information <br />needed to meet your permitting requirements. Please do nat release the materials you have just <br />received to the public, ar to others not involved in preparation of the EIS, without the prior approval of <br />BLM. It is expected that cooperating agencies will not misrepresent the EIS process or findings in a <br />manner intended to unfairly influence the outcome of the process. <br />I have enclosed a "guide to reviewers" that I hope will be helpful to you in your review.
