In the case of the Morgans land, the topsoil on the <br />remaining portion of Morgans that is not under Irrigated <br />Crop (IC) will consist of two lifts of Prime Farmland Soil <br />as discussed in Item 1 above. <br />D. The top soiled land on the (Imp-P) will be rock picked, <br />land planned, leveled, and have water takeouts placed at <br />the edge of the field. In other words, it will be set up and <br />ready for the land owner to plant what ever crop or <br />grasses they want when WFC gets their final reclamation <br />bond release. <br /> <br />Benson West <br />1. As discussed in Item 4 above, the entire amount of Mr. Benson's <br />CCC water shares have been dedicated to tracts of land already <br />under side roll sprinklers east of 2700 Road. <br />2. The Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety will not allow <br />WFC to reclaim any more land that does not have sufficient <br />irrigation water to sustain a high standard of vegetatioin yield <br />(pounds per acre). <br />3. The entire reclamation of Mr. Benson's land north west of 2700 <br />& BB Road Intersection will be put back as Dryland Pasture. <br />4. The majority of Benson West land is level or has a nice gentle n <br />slope to the west. The majority of the flat area on top has been <br />rock picked but not land leveled. There may be a portion on the <br />west boundary that may not rock picked. The out slopes to the <br />north will not be rock picked either. A water pipeline and <br />valve/metering system will be installed to the edge of the <br />property. <br />4. Dryland Pasture Seed Mix will consist of the same grasses and <br />shrubs as planted in the "Improved Pasture" (Imp-P) Post Mine <br />Vegetation. <br />
