It needs to be 20 days after <br />the final publication which would be March 26, 2008. Please re-publish the notice with the correct timelines <br />and submit a copy of the notice with the revised dates to the Division. <br />This is a preliminary review. Other issues may arise from other agency comments, a site inspection and as more <br />information is supplied.
