Elevation is 5,000 to 8,000 feet. The average annual precipitation <br /> is 8 to 20 inches, the average annual air temperature is 43 to 56 degrees F, and the average <br /> frost-free period is 80 to 160 days. <br /> This map unit is 95 percent pits and similar inclusions and 5 percent contrasting inclusions. <br /> Contrasting Inclusions <br /> This unit includes areas of undisturbed soils. <br /> Vegetation <br /> None <br /> Soil Management Implications <br /> Major uses are aggregate source.
