An amendment is treated like a new application so new mine and reclamation plans would have to be <br />submitted and approved. Issues such as stormwater control and ore pad construction and handling <br />would also have to be reviewed regardless of the new versus amendment option. It should also be noted <br />that in order to prevent similar mistakes of the past for the permit maps and permit areas the Monogram <br />and the Monogram-Jo Dandy Permit Maps should be totally separate instead of combined as in the <br />preliminary map.
