The <br />information is contained in appendix I, Soil and Rock Analysis. The analysis was completed by the <br />CSU Soil Testing Lab on 12/12/83. The lab Numbers are R1959 to R1963. The information indicates <br />the soil in the portal area is suitable for a growth medium. <br />All of the tasks of the reclamation plan have been accomplished as of October 21, 2002. <br />1.
