4.05.15 WATER RIGHTS REPLACEMENT
Water rights for the mining operation are or will be obtained from three sources.
1. Spring below Harvey Gap Resevoir
2. Water dischazge from the Eastside Mine
3. Water from a well to be developed later
Augmentation water for threw water tights will be obtained from Ruedi Reservoir through the
West Divide Water Conservancy District. The Augmentation Plan is included in Appendix F.
No water rights replacement aze required for the ongoing reclamation activities.
