4.02 SIGNS AN7D MARKERS <br />1. Specificatiions <br />Signs will be posted and maintained by Eastside Coal Company. A sign is posted at the entrance <br />to the minesite from County Road 237. A sign will also be posted at the entrance to the refuse <br />disposal area from County Road 237. <br />The signs will show the following: <br />Eastside Coal Company, Inc. <br />P.(J. Box 701007 <br />San Antonio, TX 78270-1007 <br />Mined Land Reclamation Permit C-84-063 <br />The following Division of Minerals and Geology address has been added to the mine sign. <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />(303) 866-3567 <br />Signs are posted to delineate the "buffer zone" at the downstream edge of the disturbed area. <br />Perimeter marker;> are installed in the boundary of the are to be affected by the surface operations <br />of the underground mine. The markers are positioned so that two markers are visible from every <br />marker. The perimeter markers are metal posts. <br />Topsoil markers will be installed on the topsoil or other vegetation supporting material stockpiled <br />for later use.
