Snowcap Coal Company, Inc. - 7 - 2007Annual Reclamation Report 20. Caimeo Borrow Area No. 2 -Material was excavated from CBA2 for the covering of the CRDA1. Approximately 5.1 acres was seed in April 2002, however a further disturbance will be needed here at the removal of Pond 11. Located in the SE'/, Section 28, Township 10 South, Range 98 West, 6th P.M. ArE:a - 2.7 acres Daite -April 2002 Seed Mix - "Seed Mix, Table 14-13", Upland Components 21. Access Road and Powerlines to No. 2 West Portals - By agreement with the Bureau of Land Management, the access road was left in place. The Powerline reclamation was finished during 2002. ArE:a - 3.8 acres Date -July 2002 Seed Mix - No backfilling or seeding required 22. Roadside North Portal Mine Facilities and Stockpile Area -All structures, materials and facilities were removed. The portal decline was fillE:d and the area was returned to approximate original contours and then reseeded. Located in the SW'/ Section 27, Township 10 South, Range 98 West, 6th P.M.
