numerous occasions that mining activities will not be able to resume at the Flagg Creek <br />Quarry until an approved Environmental Analysis (EA) or Environmental Impact <br />Statement (EIS) - whichever is applicable -has been analyzed and approved by the BLM <br />WRFO. To date, the BLM has not received any communication or correspondence <br />regarding submittal of the necessary documents needed to initiate the NEPA <br />environmental analysis process. As such, we request that the Colorado Division of <br />Reclamation, Mining and Safety prohibit any fiirther mining operations at the Flagg <br />Creek Quarry until the operator/permittee/owners are in compliance with federal laws <br />and regulations as defined under the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969. <br />Please refer all future correspondence related to this application request under Case File <br />Number COC-72092.
