Response to DRMS Review
Dear Mr. Gorham:
In response to DRMS review of the 2006 ARR, Lorencito Coal Company LLC hereby
submits a revised map and Tables ARR-1 and ARR-2. Tables ARR-1 and ARR-2 were
revised to show 1.4 acres of disturbance for topsoil borrow area BA#3. This reduces the
total acres subject to reclamation to 12$.4. No additional topsoil placement occurred in
C-1 during 2006 and seeding in area C-1 for 2006 was reduced to 1.4 acres. (The map
submitted for 2006 did not indicate any topsoil placement in C-1 during the year 2006).
The 1.4 acres seeded was along the boundary with area N-2 and is shown on the revised
map.
The ARR Annual Report 2006 has been revised to show the change in acreage for
Industrial Use and reduction in 2006 seeding (Area C-1). The 2006 ARR map has been
revised to annotate Fi117a, Fi119a and area S-1.
