3) Energy Fuels must maintain the monitor well for the life of the permit. Initial reports shall be <br />submitted representing eight (8), relatively equally spaced intervals over 1.25 years (5 quarters).. <br />Once that bench mark is achieved, DRMS and Energy Fuels shall review the data to determine iiC <br />sampling intervals can altered. <br />4) Post mine monitoring shall include the monitor well and bulk head mine pool oversight. The exact <br />plan cannot be formulated until later due to changing conditions within the mine's hydrology due; <br />to planned mediation of significant sources of water inflow through various outlets.
