DOWNSTREAM DRAINAGE BLANKET <br />1. CLAY CAP <br />1. CONTRACTOR shall place fill on the prepared surface in lifts not exceeding <br />12 inches in compacted thickness. <br />3.09 DISPOSAL OF EXCAVATED SOIL <br />A. Excess soil shall be disposed at onsite location(s) approved by the COMPANY. This <br />material maybe used for random topsoil at the approval of the COMPANY. <br />B. All excavated materials not incorporated into the construction shall be disposed of in the <br />designated spoil areas as directed by COMPANY or COMPANY'S Representative. All <br />spoil areas used by CONTRACTOR shall be appropriately graded so as to provide <br />proper drainage and left in a neat condition.
