SECTION 01311 <br />' PROJECT COORDINATION <br />' 1.01 COORDINATION <br />A. CONTRACTOR shall be completely responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Work and for <br />' assuring that the Work of the various Sections of the Specifications is completed in an orderly <br />sequence incorporating all interdependent elements, whether specifically identified or not. <br />1.02 CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE AND REPORTS <br />A. With the bid, CONTRACTOR shall submit aschedule/timeline with the various construction <br />events showing the time of performance for each particulaz project. Also with the bid, <br />CONTRACTOR shall submit a listing of proposed construction equipment to be used during the <br />project. The list shall show the type, number, and volume capacity of the equipment, along with a <br />schedule showing the average monthly material movement that this equipment will achieve for the <br />construction schedule. A listing ofpre-arranged sub-contractors shall be submitted with the bid. <br />CONTRACTOR shall also submit with the bid a resume or statement of qualifications that <br />demonstrates the bidders' ability to complete projects of this magnitude. <br />B. Prior to construction, CONTRACTOR shall submit to COMPANY a Work Plan as detailed in <br />Section 01100 of the Specifications. <br />C. During construction, CONTRACTOR shall submit weekly progress reports to COMPANY, which <br />should consist of daily tallies of load counts loose volume and haul distance for each type of <br />material hauled and placed, and any other estimates of major units of Work including <br />miscellaneous hourly Work. <br />D. Work under the Agreement shall be scheduled and performed in such a manner as to result in the <br />least possible disruption and delay. CONTRACTOR shall submit to COMPANY and <br />ENGINEER a construction schedule covering the entire project acknowledging completion dates <br />outlined at the Pre-Construction Conference. <br />E. At the Pre-Construction Conference CONTRACTOR shall furnish to COMPANY and <br />ENGINEER a detailed schedule for orderly completion of the Work, showing his planned <br />sequences of operation, and the dates for commencement and completion of all important features <br />of the Work. <br />' 1. The schedule shall be comprehensive, covering both activities at the site of the Work and <br />off-site activities such as design procurement, and fabrication. The schedule shall be <br />orderly and realistic, and shall be revised as necessary to meet this requirement. <br />' CONTRACTOR shall promptly advise COMPANY and ENGINEER of any occurrence <br />requiring substantial revision of the schedule and shall furnish a revised schedule within <br />two (2) calendaz days of such occurrence. <br />' 2. The detailed schedule and each revision thereof shall be subject to approval by ENGINEER <br />for conformity with the requirements of this Section. CONTRACTOR shall assist <br />' ENGINEER in reviewing and evaluating each schedule furnished. Disapproved schedules <br />01311-1 <br />
